Order method

> Add the desired items to your shopping cart. The prices displayed include VAT.

> Choose "Add to cart" and proceed by following the steps to complete your order. To complete your order, you must select the delivery and payment method you prefer.

> Check the total cost including transport and confirm your order.

> Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the related details. After your order is approved and the product is sent, you will receive a second e-mail informing you that your order is on its way, mentioning as well the related order number.

> Save or print your receipt/invoice. 

The products’ colours come from the RAL colour guide. The RAL colour guide is colour a coding system that allows us to refer to a specific colour through its equivalent code.

The depiction of colours on the photos displayed on the e-shop is completely indicative, as these might differ greatly among screens. To see the exact colour, please look for a RAL CLASSIC colour chart available in paint shops.

 

Placing a valid order

Placing a valid order, means that you have understood and accepted our terms of service.

Order cancellation

The cancellation of your order is accepted within 2 working days from the setting of your order and only in case that the product has not been paid off. To cancel your order, you are kindly required to send to our company a written request via e-mail at info@maraiz.gr by including the full order details (along with the order number) and by informing us, if you want, on the reason for the cancellation.

 

Payment method

To complete your purchase, there are 4 different payment methods for your convenience:

> Credit  or debit card

> Bank account deposit at ALPHA BANK

 

Credit-debit card payment

MaRaiz Design Products e-shop accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit - debit cards. If you have selected the credit or debit card payment method, the procedure will be realized and completed via the collaborating bank, ALPHA BANK.

 

Bank account deposit

Depending on the value of your order, you proceed with a deposit of the total amount of the order in our company’s bank account and we will then send you the products.

The depositor’s name and the order number must appear as justification on the payment slip.

In case you select the bank account deposit payment method, you must send the deposit slip via e-mail to info@maraiz.gr or via fax at +30 2106741568

In case of non-payment of the order within 2 working days, the order will be canceled automatically.

 

Invoice issuance

If you want us to issue an invoice for your order, this is done automatically as long as you complete the related field when placing your order.

  

Pricing policy

MaRaiz Design Products e-shop reserves the right to recall or change product characteristics and prices without any prior notice. The customer is charged with the amount indicated on the related order, regardless of any price change that might have occured until delivery time.

 

Manufacture time

Although sometimes there may be some products in stock, MaRaiz Design Products e-shop policy is that all products are constructed on demand.

The manufacture time of a product is estimated from the completion of an order.

Manufacture time should not be confused with the shipping time.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the destination. For deliveries to the cities of Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras, it usually takes about 1-3 working days; for deliveries to the wider area of Attica and the rest of continental Greece and the islands, it usually takes about 2-3 working days; while for deliveries in Europe, it usually takes about 10-15 working days. For destinations outside Europe or other remote areas, delivery time is estimated accordingly, following a written request to info@maraiz.gr

All international parcels are accompanied by the related tracking number.

All deliveries take place during working days and hours. In case you want your order delivered at a different time, you should mention it on your order in writing. 

MaRaiz Design Products e-shop is not responsible for delayed deliveries, caused by natural phenomena, such as bad weather, earthquakes etc, or unexpected traffic changes, such as road improvements,  closed roads due to accidents etc.

Transport cost

The customer bears the transport cost which is added automatically upon placement of the order, depending on its total weight and volume. The minimum transport cost is €2 + VAT. Delivery costs do not include customs and taxes or custom clearance fees for commercial use.

For deliveries within Greece on a particular time (2-hour slot appointment), an extra charge applies. You need to mention this in advance in the comment section of your order form.

Transport costs include insurance for destroyed or defective items.

Upon delivery of your order, you must check on the condition of the products.

In case the packaging is damaged:

Before signing for order receipt, you should check the products on the spot and if they are damaged, you should not accept them. Then, within the same day, you should inform MaRaiz Design Products e-shop in writing via e-mail at info@maraiz.gr

In case of non-receipt of the order on the day agreed, the receiver might be charged with extra transport costs.

Lost items

If your product is lost during shipping, MaRaiz Design Products e-shop should be immediately informed. 

Return Policy

All products undergo quality and technical control in order to prevent any malfunction. They are packaged with great attention and always with the right materials so that they can be fully protected. Though, sometimes damage may be caused during transportation, or, very rarely, a product could have a disfunction.

As all products are made on demand, MaRaiz Design Products e-shop can only accept returns, if the product is defective or different than the one you ordered. Ιn this case, the product, or part of the product, will be replaced. No refunds available.

Damaged products, because of accident or false use by the buyer, are not covered by the return policy.

Product returns are accepted only within 5 calendar days from delivery date and only for defective products bearing a defect that was not caused upon transport. Upon expiry of these 5 days, the client assumes ownership of the product and bears responsibility for any damage caused on the product at a later time. 

If the product is faulty

Ιmmediately contact MaRaiz Design Products e-shop by mail, providing the reason for complaint, and additionally, relevant information and pictures that prove the damage.

MaRaiz Design Products e-shop and only, is responsible for deciding if the faulty item should get repaired, partly replaced or fully replaced, judging by its condition.

If deemed that the product falls under the return policy, then MaRaiz Design Products e-shop undertakes the costs of repair, partial or full replacement and transport.

A. If full product replacement is deemed necessary, a new copy will be manufactured and delivered to the same customer the soonest possible (see Terms & Conditions / Manufacture time). The customer might be required to return the defective product.

B. If partial product replacement is deemed necessary, new fittings or parts of the defective product will be manufactured and delivered to the same customer the soonest possible (see Terms & Conditions / Manufacture time). The customer might be required to return the defective parts of the product.

C. If product repair is deemed necessary, the customer will be required to return the defective product to MaRaiz Creative Studio.

Return products

The return products must be packaged with great care by the customer in the original packaging in order not to cause any further damage, while they must come with the related sales document (receipt or invoice).

On the packaging the word "RETURN" must be indicated.

It is recommended to return products by registered mail, especially if the products are of high value. MaRaiz Design Products e-shop does not bear responsibility for lost items upon their return by the customer. 

We kindly ask you to check the integrity of the products upon order delivery.

MaRaiz Design Products e-shop reserves the right to reject the request for return as long as this does not comply with the return policy.
